Polish up your Primary Series Vol. 2
Hip opening with patience, versatility and healthy knees.
This workshop will pick up where the fist one ended. We’ll work on hip opening and at the same time take a careful look at the series of sitting asana in Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. We will explore the versatility of the hip joint and it’s connections to commonly experienced problems with knees and back, lower back in particular.
At the same time we continue to work on the flow of the vinyasa through out the series which will help us find not only a stronger practice but also the more meditative aspects in it.
This class is recommended to Ashtanga yoga students who are already familiar and can remember the asana sequence of Ashtanga yoga at least up to or beyond half primary series.
